Refunds
Refunds will be permitted up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event. If your request is made within 48 hours prior to the event, you forfeit your entry fee. Please email info@duvaldambuster.com.au to request a refund of your entry. No refunds will be available when notification is less than 48 hours before the first race of the day (ie. notification must be before 6:30am on the Friday before the event).
Event T-shirts that have been ordered cannot be refunded as these are custom made apparel. Please arrange for pick- up of such items at the event. Duval Dam Buster Trail Run organisers will not mail t-shirts.
Transfers
There will be no transfers available for the event. In the event that you are unable to participate, you can request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the event starting.
Event cancellation
If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, including Government restrictions due to COVID-19, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event to a later date.
If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to make the new date, the organisers will offer a refund or option to transfer your registration to the event the following year.
You will be notified of the cancellation by email and announcements will be made on the home page of the DDB website. Please note the event will not be cancelled due to rain. Race organisers will review the track conditions if required in the last week leading up to the event and update everyone via the event website and Facebook.
